While we recommend the AURY 3G system for its simplified installation and reduced component needs, we also supply screen media compatible with various existing designs. These include Elastoloc, Pin and Sleeve, Bivitec, hooked tension mats, trommel screens, and bolted-in decks.

Hard Chrome Panels
Aury's hard chrome panels are chromed and cast in Australia using state-of-the-art equipment, ensuring high quality and local support. These panels are specifically designed for demanding applications, particularly in coal preparation plants where maximising material recovery is essential. The hard chrome finish provides increased wear resistance and extends the lifespan of the screen media, reducing downtime and replacement costs. Poly Panels
Aury Australia manufactures polyurethane screen media using high-quality urethane raw polymers, providing excellent abrasion resistance and extended service life. Our extensive aperture library enables us to create custom solutions based on your screening requirements. These polyurethane sizing screen panels offer a lightweight, modular system for easy maintenance, reduced noise, and increased wear resistance.

Wedge Wire Panels
Wedge wire panels are essential in coal preparation plants where maximising material recovery is critical. Aury offers wedge wire panels in both hard-chromed and non-hard-chromed options, with various wire profiles and aperture combinations available to suit specific applications. We also offer a variety of deflectors for improved screening and extended panel life for enhanced performance and longevity.

Fixing Systems
Aury offers modular pin-fixing systems in both rubber and polyurethane. Our rubber screen media, available in natural or FRAS rubber with varying hardness (40A to 65A duro), can include impact zones and rider bars for high-impact areas. Standard 305x305 panels offer increased thickness without excessive weight, while 305x610 panels provide greater open area. Our injection-molded polyurethane panels offer a lightweight, low-noise, and highly wear-resistant solution.

Impact Liners
Aury offers impact liners and rider bars to protect screen panels in high-impact areas. These additions enhance the durability and longevity of the screen media, minimising wear and tear. Our 305x305 panel size allows for increased thickness in these high-impact zones without adding excessive weight for installers. AURY Australia Secures 5 Year Supply Contract with Hancock Iron Ore (HIO)
AURY Australia is pleased to announce it has been awarded a five-year Goods and Services Supply Contract by Hancock Iron Ore (HIO), further strengthening AURY’s position as a leading provider of mineral processing equipment to Western Australia’s mining industry.
Under the agreement, AURY may supply several large vibrating screen models including ABS4997, ABD4385, ABS4985 and ABD3676 each designed and engineered to deliver exceptional throughput, superior reliability, and extended service life in the harshest mining environments.
AURY Australia COO, Xin Rong, said the contract highlights the collaborative relationship between the two organisations and reinforces AURY’s commitment to supporting Western Australian sector.

“We are proud to enter into our partnership with Hancock Iron Ore,” Mr Rong said.
