Side Plates
Aury’s side plates are designed for enhanced durability and corrosion resistance. Extended side plates eliminate internal joints and crevices, removing the need for drip angles and minimising potential corrosion points. Our weldless side plate construction further strengthens the structure and reduces stress concentrations, ensuring long-lasting performance in demanding operating environments. All mechanical joints are sealed with construction adhesive to prevent water and material ingress. This design simplifies maintenance and contributes to the overall reliability of your screening equipment.

Cross Beams
Aury's cross beams are designed for strength, durability, and corrosion resistance. The beams are stress-relieved to remove any residual structural stresses that may have been caused during manufacturing. Cast steel saddles are Huck-bolted to round cross beams, with special washers ensuring a secure connection. A 6mm thick polyurethane coating provides external protection, while an internal treatment prevents rust from forming within the beam. The round design minimises material hang-up, ensuring consistent material flow and efficient screening.

Exciter Beams
Aury's exciter beams are engineered for strength and optimised weight. Their fabricated box beam construction is stress-relieved to enhance durability and prevent fatigue. Precision machining of flanges and exciter mounting pads ensures accurate assembly and optimal performance. All machining and assembly are conducted in our Tianjin facility, where strict quality control is maintained throughout the manufacturing process. This design provides reliable and long-lasting operation in demanding screening applications.

Springs
Aury's springs are designed for optimal vibration isolation, providing 96% to 98% isolation to minimise vibration transfer to surrounding structures. This reduces noise and structural stress, contributing to a safer and more stable operating environment. For added measures, our springs are rubber-enclosed to prevent potential injuries, improving both performance and operator safety.

AURY Australia Secures 5 Year Supply Contract with Hancock Iron Ore (HIO)
AURY Australia is pleased to announce it has been awarded a five-year Goods and Services Supply Contract by Hancock Iron Ore (HIO), further strengthening AURY’s position as a leading provider of mineral processing equipment to Western Australia’s mining industry.
Under the agreement, AURY may supply several large vibrating screen models including ABS4997, ABD4385, ABS4985 and ABD3676 each designed and engineered to deliver exceptional throughput, superior reliability, and extended service life in the harshest mining environments.
AURY Australia COO, Xin Rong, said the contract highlights the collaborative relationship between the two organisations and reinforces AURY’s commitment to supporting Western Australian sector.

“We are proud to enter into our partnership with Hancock Iron Ore,” Mr Rong said.
“ We look forward to supporting their operations with reliable equipment and strong after-sales support.”

This significant award marks another important milestone in AURY Australia’s continued growth and investment in the Western Australian region, further expanding the company’s footprint and capability in one of the world’s most important mining hubs.
