Centrifuge Baskets
Aury Australia manufactures centrifuge baskets designed as an ideal screening solution for Aury centrifuges and is compatible with most other centrifuge machines. These baskets are available in various wedge wire profiles and aperture combinations to suit specific application requirements. Accessories such as full and half-length accelerator bars, hard-faced feed zones, and dam rings are also available. Aury centrifuge baskets can be combined with basket carriers, backing plates, and scrolls for a complete centrifuge system.

Tiles Scrolls
In Aury scroll centrifuges, the scroll rotates at a faster speed than the basket, effectively scraping separated solids from the basket and directing them to the discharge port. These centrifuges feature a horizontally mounted conical wedge wire screen basket within the housing. The feed slurry enters the scroll, where centrifugal force accelerates and filters it, facilitating solid-liquid separation. The scroll's helical blades convey the solids along the cone to the discharge point while the liquid is collected separately. The scrolls are tiled for extended life.

Vibrating Motors
Aury's vibrating motors utilise counter-rotation to generate linear motion within our centrifuges. The vibration amplitude is easily adjustable to optimise performance for various applications. These motors are configured on a tuned mass system, maximising the horizontal vibration of the centrifuge basket while minimising vibration transmitted to the main centrifuge structure. This design reduces dynamic loading on the support structure, enhancing stability and equipment longevity.

AURY Australia Secures 5 Year Supply Contract with Hancock Iron Ore (HIO)
AURY Australia is pleased to announce it has been awarded a five-year Goods and Services Supply Contract by Hancock Iron Ore (HIO), further strengthening AURY’s position as a leading provider of mineral processing equipment to Western Australia’s mining industry.
Under the agreement, AURY may supply several large vibrating screen models including ABS4997, ABD4385, ABS4985 and ABD3676 each designed and engineered to deliver exceptional throughput, superior reliability, and extended service life in the harshest mining environments.
AURY Australia COO, Xin Rong, said the contract highlights the collaborative relationship between the two organisations and reinforces AURY’s commitment to supporting Western Australian sector.

“We are proud to enter into our partnership with Hancock Iron Ore,” Mr Rong said.
“ We look forward to supporting their operations with reliable equipment and strong after-sales support.”
